At Ghalia & Co. Baby, we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety for your little ones.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any baby items once they have been delivered. We kindly ask you to review our Size Guide carefully before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit for your baby.

Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged during transit:

1. Please contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Send a photo of the defect to our WhatsApp: +20 120 005 6911 or email: ghaliaandcobaby@gmail.com.

3. Once the defect is verified, we will gladly send you a replacement within 5 to 7 business days.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet. Once the order is with our shipping partner, cancellations are no longer possible
